The courts seem to be losing patience with the unregulated side of the legal (and associated) industry as far too many are operating on the edge of what they can get away with both legally and in competence in their jobs. Some also appear to be operating without adequate insurance cover as well (I made sure that I was sufficiently covered, just in case - low risk role but you never know..). -
