    Dose anyone know where I can get a copy of the magna Carta treaty, googled it and it seams invisible!

    if you watch this you tube video the person has a printed paper of section 39 and 40 from the magna carta

    A quick google suggests you can appear to purchase copies and translations e.g. amazon, dedicated websites offer replicas.

    If you want to see a high resolution of the Magna Carta itself you can access it here from the National Archives and there is the option to download it too.

      I have seen the last link you posted before, but I am confused as Sandy steel in the you tube video I posted quotes section 39 and 40 of the magna Carta treaty are treeson and harassment, in link you provided section 39 and 40 talk about something ells

          It was a treaty between King John and the barons - precious little to do with you or me. Years later, there was the Star Chamber, so it seems to have been traditional to flout it, even for barons.

            There were different versions of Magna Carta. These were made over a 9-10 year period.
