  • Consent order

    Hello!
Our company signed a consent order with the defendant. Instead of the defendant a consent order was signed by his representative. The court rejected this agreement and gave 2 weeks to re-sign the agreement. After that, the defendant and his representative stopped communicating as it was not profitable for them to re-sign the agreement.
Please tell me what can be done and how to notify the court about the situation?

If the Defendant isn't prepared to sign it you can't force him to.

Are there ongoing legal proceedings, and if so, they will likely continue in the absence of a consent order.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
