  • Police intimidation and social services meeting held

My partner has a 5 year old daighter. He was with her mother for 10 yrs without incident. When they split he got involved in a new relationship. Safly the woman was alcoholic and there was an allegation made but not substantiated. They continued their relationship until one day he got back from work to find her dead body. He was arrested for murder. The case has remained open for a year. I know it may sound bad, but he had a great relationship with his family and saw his daughter regularly with the mother. Then out of the blue some crazy neighbour made some allegations and the police started showing up. Asking him if he was in a relationship with anyone. Then they turned up in 2 vans saying 5hey were concerned for a womans welfare who he knew of but never had in his home. The police went and spoke to his dauhhter and social services went to speak with his daughter. This resulted in him being issued a section 42 i think.

How can they do this? How cam hw find out what happened at the meeting and what was said. Will it have been recorded?

Last week police saud he was a dangerous man andhe cpuld only see his daughter under supervision. the mum is holding a senior position at the school also.

He is in bits please advise.
