Concerns about Kids Welfare

Hi All, Was hoping for some advice, I haven't seen my kids in near 2 months and there is a court order in place but the mother doesn't care. I had seen the kids up to then, all was good and they enjoyed contacted. I bought my 10 year old a phone and contract and the mother blocked me on it, and the younger child's ipad. I am going to the meeting point every week and no one there and I am driving home. The mother wont answer the phone, text or e mail to let me know what's happening etc. The mother works in a primary school and it got back to me that she leaves them in the house in the morning and they walk to school. Age 11 and 7 rain sleet or snow, about a mile to school. The are left alone in the house every morning which can be right? . I went up to see them and when they seen me they put they're head down and ran. What do i do? Everything was fine up to last contact, now they put their head down and run. Ive went through the whole court system and wont be going back. This is clearly parent alienation, child abuse.

Any help would be appreciated.

Councils have a Welfare Officer, but it might be worth contacting Relate first, They might be able to help here, get your wife talking to you and you connected with your children again.

Their reactions might be the mother not keeping to the Court order (the meetings), then saying to the Children that 'dad (you) doesn't want to see you', thus the children putting their heads down, i.e. a sign of rejection etc. I think seeking contact through technology (phone, I-Pad) may be driving this. Clearly there is much more to this and I'm not an expert in these matters, you need to speak to the experts to understand what's going on.
