  • Not able to see kids- breach of Child court order

    Hi

I need some help and advice in regard to my case.

I am separated from my partner for the last 6 years and have three kids who are now - 17,13 & 10. and have not been able to see them for almost 16 months (The older ones & now younger ones as well) as Ex is restricting them. This is been extremely difficult for me and as a consequence struggling with mental health challenges.

The present situation is that I have submitted an Enforcement order to the court, and had two hearings but nothing positive has come out of it as the court is very much one-sided and indecisive which leaves me hanging in the middle. - Can you please advise how can approach forward with this case?

Also, I am looking for a Family solicitor for the ongoing court case and have a date at the end of this month. Can you please recommend a good lawyer?

    Thanks in advance.
