Child maintenance

Please can someone advise . My daughter who is 16 years and 6 months has all but stopped further education she attends a day here and there. She has been doing this for the last 2 years as she refuses to attend school as her mother says she has mental health issues. I see her on a regular basis she stops at my parents house 3 nights per week most weekends . Do I legally still have to pay child maintenance

Under exactly what arrangement is maintenance being paid?

Hi it is an agreement between myself and her mother . I have paid this months yesterday I also have never missed any payments . Her mother is threatening to say I did not pay between 2009 and 2012 if I stop payments now only proof of this I have is my through my bank account
