  • Access to my daughter

I am going through for access for my daughter, requesting court order, I have been to court twice over the years for access to my daughter, but nothing was enforced, was all just agreed in court.

This time around when my ex partner received the court document she has now reported some false allegation of historical rape to the police in attempts to help block my access and further discredit me as a person.

I have a family court date of the 20/09/21 I have just received a email from her solicitors stating they have applied to adjourn the meeting on Monday based on the say there is valuable evidence in existence that would help the courts make a decision, this seems a little late as it's 6:30 on a Friday and we are due in court Monday, is this legal and is there anything I can do to block this.

    FYI I am representing myself
thanks for any help anyone can offer.

    Best Regards
    Mark
