  • Court tomorrow advice needed

    Hi
I put in court papers for breach of child arrangement order and yesterday I received court papers from the ex she had signed and replied to my papers and also applied for non mol order
I have noticed the non mol paperwork is not in her handwriting and is not her signature she also stated she has not got a solicitor both bits of paperwork were both signed and dated the same day

What can I do about it as I belive her mother has filled it in and signed it (her parents will do anything to stop me being around the kids)

I think that you can challenge the documents that her parents signed against you. Also, you can voice the reason for the suspicion. And only then to conduct a trial. A father must see his children, this is a fact. So don’t give up.
