Hi everyone,
My wife has a non molestation order served against me by the Medway court for 12months and is due on August this year, so far I haven't done anything to break the NMO rules, but today I found out by the state agent that my wife has left the house and moved elsewhere with our 2 dons 11 yrs old and 3 months old, now I don't know where is my kids and I am worried sick that I may never see them again because she has everyone on her side, children social service including, my next door neighbour told me today that my 11 yrs old son has been asking for me since and he want to see his father. I have send a C100 form to court it's been 3 months now I haven't heard anything from the court either. I am lost right now I don't know what to do, I don't have a single family here in the UK except my kids. Can anyone help or advice me pls. Thanks
