    Right sorry I had missed a 2nd property just saw 2nd mortgage and thought was against the property you lived at with your partner. I suspect you will have an uphill struggle to justify a beneficial interest in the property you lived in (not the 2nd property) so some face to face advice definitely the way to go to be clear what options you may or may not have.

      Following a land registry search it seems its only her name of the title which is news to me however there is a declaration of Trust on this still so I know the split is 50/50 after our own input re loans is paid off. What I would like to know is can I force her to sell, given I have a vested interest in the property and will now need the money?
