  • Valuing a business during divorce

During divorce and valuing a business are the business premises (if owned outright) valued separately to the potential business value (profits). Just curious.

I'm going through divorce and the business premises is owned outright at 250k. The business has been valued at 150k ? My guess is they are treated seperate Or is this a miscalculated valuation.

I'm waiting to see this but was informed verbally.

    Any help appreciated.
