I am a divorced Dad of children aged 8 and 10. If I arrive at the school legitimately to collect my children and I find my exs new partners mother attempting to induce my daughter to leave with her and refuses to let her go in defiance of me what is my position regarding any potential criminal offence, breach of the court order giving me contact on that day if my ex had put her up to it and the schools duty of care not to release to a stranger not notified in advance.
