    Need a divorce but unemployed

    I have been separated from my wife for over 5 years. We are amicable and on speaking terms. We share access to our 2 daughters 50/50. Neither of us would contest the petition and we are financially independant.

    It is time to move on but I am not in work at present and do not have the court fee, is there any way around this, I am claiming Income related JSA? Any ideas?

    You may be eligible for reduced fees, you would need to submit form EX160
