    Just seperated from my husband

    Hi ive decided that i dont love my husband anymore and told him but he wont move out of our home. I cant afford to move due to me being on a debt recovery plan so is there anything i can do? Also what am i able to claim for if anything i have 2 children age 13 and 8

    Hi,

    Sorry to read this. I was in a similar situation a few months back and the folk on here are fantastic. The first thing I did was to have a free half hour appointment with a solicitor who will be able to point you in the right direction.
