    Rarrarrech, I think you may have met my ex, because your story sounds so close to mine. My advice to you try to get some monies out of him but if it fails and once the divorce is complete, sort out your finances, forget about the parasite and move on, there's a lovely world out there and enjoy it hun.

      Is it illegal to destroy money?

      My dad told me that it was against the law to rip up a 5 pound note. But doesn't get done anyway???
      CAn anyone explain the relating law???

          Hi I studied matrimonial law as part of my law degree and can safely say any issues re finance cannot be reinstated after a clean break order so get it in now before you do settlement on marital assets
