Hi all. I have a good friend who several months ago had had enough of a controlling, abusive and occasionally physically abusive relationship and she walked out. Husband left in house. Kids grown up living away. House up for sale but husband scuppering or refusing viewings. Problem is husband stopped paying mortgage. Now repossession being threatened. Friend is seeing a solicitor next week. Do you think there is any way husband can be forced out and sale done without repossession? It seems so sad that the equity they should share is going to be lost.
