Clean break divorce

Hi, Thanks for reading and I hope you're well. We've started divorce proceedings and we don't want to split assets now or in the future and I was hoping someone might be able to advise me please? Do we still have to complete the D81 form or can we just send a draft of our clean break consent order to the court with the £58 payment? Thanks
