  • Fdr - updated disclosure

Can anyone please clarify the following for me: -
Directions Order for upcoming FDR (Financial Remedy Proceedings) states each party shall serve on the other party their updating disclosure 2 weeks prior to the financial dispute resolution appointment. Updating disclosure means copies of bank/building society statements, dividends, pensions etc.etc
I'm not sure what to do as I thought everything needed to be both filed and served but this suggests that the updated disclosure doesn't need to be sent to the court
