    Wills made during Financial Remedy proceedings

    Friend going through Financial Remedy proceedings. Family home (only asset) is in joint names and is mortgage free
    Friend not vey well and his STBX has been obstructive and is prolonging the financial proceedings. Could he make a will leaving his financial interest in the property to his children just in case he passed away before Financials sorted
