  • Financial Remedy FORM E or FORM E1 ??

In preparation for FDA Applicant has completed their FORM E ready for filing this week and messaged STBX to arrange simultaneous exchange. STBX has apparently completed a FORM E1. Am I correct in thinking that FORM E is the correct one to file as they are still married and applicant has not yet applied for decree absolute.

Form E1 should probably not be used. I would query this with this party. Is there a court order specifying the form to be used?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
