Husband won't consent...what do I do?

I applied for divorce due to domestic abuse in 2020 under the old law then husband and I reconciled and the divorce petition was "forgotten about" although still open. I then applied for divorce again in 2022 once the new law had come in but was told they won't grant a conditional order until both myself and my husband consent to have the old (2020) divorce petition dismissed. My husband won't do this because he doesn't want me to divorce him. I have no idea what to do next?! I don't have the money for a solicitor. Advice please!
