    Divorce Order for Costs

    How do I claim my divorce costs from the Respondent & Co Respondent. the judge made a order for all of the Divorce costs. The Divorce was made absolute last week. Does the Court deal with this or me. The costs are for the divorce no solicitor involved, Thank you

    You deal with it.

    Establish a figure and try to agree it. Others will say how top calculate it.
    Basically whatever you paid out and an hourly cost.
