In divorce are assets always shared 50/50. Before marriage friend bought house in joint names outright from compensation received for traumatic brain injury he sustained in RTA.The compo was intended to provide for his future security. Spouse wants divorce now and insists she is entitled to half of everything. Would she be entitled to 50% in these circumstances
