Ex Husband Has Stopped Paying Maintenance. He Lives in United States

HI,

My ex husband and I divorced some 30 years ago. In the divorce he agreed to pay me maintenance until one of us dies. I have all the paperwork. He has lived in United States for some time, and has now stopped paying the maintenance. I'm unsure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
