  • Property / Cohabiting

My ex has served court papers to sell our property we bought together. He wants it sold ASAP. We have a 3 year old together and he doesn’t care that we will be homeless. He wants me to pay court and legal fees. I don’t have any money.
he had an affair with his work colleague in the police and still with her. He was abusive and controlling. Harassment over the last 2years.

I need advice on what to do now.

      Sorry, but not my area.
However generally the courts will protect the person with childcare problems so on balance you are unlikely to be homeless.

Tagging Celestine and meanwhile suggest you contact any local Womens' Aid organisations as they might be able to direct you to legal help

Definitely get advice from a local support group for DV.
Also try calling Shelter for advice on housing.
Is he trying to get any child access?
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
