Forced move

Husband leaves wife and two children, they get divorced, husband now tells ex wife she must sell their house which is joint owned as he needs the equity. Can he force them to move please ?.

No, he can't. If wife is legally owns house too, husband has to wait till house is sold but can't force them out.
