Hi I live with my partner and we not married and the home belongs to me as I pay the mortgage and he pays the bills. If we where to split up what rights does he have to my home?

the answer depends on a number of things.
To start with whose name is on the proprietorship register of the Land Registry? solely yours or both?
If both as joint tenants or tenants in common?
Did he move into your property i.e. did you own it prior to living together?
Other than utility bills, has he made other contributions to the upkeep of the property?
Has there ever been any suggestion, even very vague, that he might acquire an interest in the property?
In any event it is possible, depending on the answers to suchlike matters as mentioned above, and how long he has been resident, that he has acquired a beneficial interest in the property.
