Phones during contact

Hi can any advise how to approach situation where ex insists on sending mobile phones with my children when they come to stay at mine at weekend. Kids are 7 and 8. They have devices at mine but have rules to follow and limits on screen time. She is saying they have to be given 24/7 access to the phone she provides while they are with me which is causing major issues with my routine with them
