    My husband has gone to see a solicitor as we are separating. She has told him he can divorce me on the grounds of his own adultery/unreasonable behaviour. I've never heard of this? Is it correct?

    Interesting - If marriage is a contract, and it is, under the normal rules of contract, a party to a contract does not enjoy the right to repudiate the contract for his own breach of it.
