I left my ex partner 4 years ago and we left on amicable terms, unfortunately he died recently and his estate passed to his sister who hadn't spoken to her brother for a few years and only became caring and back on the scene when he was ill. She hasn't spoken to me for a number of years due to a family argument I got caught up in wrong place wrong time. Anyway I have furniture in the property which I have receipts for and she says they have gone and one piece is still there but is asking for bank details to prove I paid for it and not brought through the joint account. Also the day before she died she transfer money to herself via his phone whilst he was unconscious. Can she get away with all this

She died should have been he died. I have it on the inteeint banking, it's a transfer and is named sister. I know he was unconscious as she told his friend not to visit as he was unconscious. Some of his family couldn't hold a conversation with him the day before. I have reported it to the bank as fraud but nothing seems to have come of it.
