    Emergency Child Arrangement Order

    Help, my ex-partner usually picks up our daughter on a Friday evening just before bed but this has become disruptive and I have said that he will now have to pick her up on Saturday morning. He has threatened to apply for an emergency child arrangements order to ensure that I do hand her over on Friday evening.... can he do this, what is an emergency child arrangements order?

    he can try - but he would have to show reasonable reason and late at night can be suspect I would of thought??? sure others will respond also

      I work in Coventry on Mondays and Thursdays and Stevenage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
