  • Exchange of Form E's

Given that my Ex's solicitor has an over riding duty to do the best for their client, is it really good practice for me to have to go to their offices to exchange Form E's, I cannot see that I will get any form of justice or indeed be treated fairly. Can they enforce me to agree to do this?
I should point out that prior to getting to this stage my Ex had made certain agreements about what they expected from the divorce but this is not what the Solicitor is asking for and indeed my ex has said that they have told their solicitor to stop these demands on matters such as pensions but that is not what is being expected from this solicitor.
I should point out that I have suggested that this is done at mediation but the Ex's solicitor has rejected doing this.
