I'm keeping the post going to share my experience and knowledge and warn other victims.

Tony - yes perjury, but will the police or courts allocate resources to investigate this - the answer is no. The reality is; seeking justice and truth costs money, and I don't have this.

Just do a google search for "how to fake whatsapp messages" - this is what the ex-friend used to invent a fictitious message dialogue between us. WhatsApp is preferred choice, because unlike SMS messages, it is not logged with the networks, therefore tracing becomes difficult.

If this is true, and fake evidence was supplied to the court in affidavit form the person has committed purgery, a most serious matter. I dont see how a non molestation order can prevent other litigation proceeding.
