Hello can anyone advice me my brothers ex partner is having their baby and refusing to let him be involved in any way shape or form. I understand she is upset about their breakup as she loves him very much. Their relationship was very volatile as she sufers with bi polar but he is terrified he wont be included

Until the child is born then there is not much that can be done except reading up on Parental Responsibility law and Paternity tests.
