Even if one's answer is "Urrgh ahh ugg!" or equally incoherent grunts?

How about averring that one is one's live-in carer - or do the disability deniers record calls?

These people are not your friends all you are is a bonus to them........never talk to anybody whos name you haven't written down. You wouldn't give your bank details to a man walking down the street.. Its the same with the phone. they cold call you,so warm it up a touch. Ask for a name and employee number. If they ask why, well they just asked you for your national insurance number.
"Being cautious, I will halve or letter it with you..." msl:

How can anyone in a wheelchair push the door open or even press the button on the intercom?

it states so on their website, however you also have to give them a copy of it at the same time

                  Re: Atos, warning.

ATOS hate the fact you want your WCA audio recorded. They did try to make it as difficult as possible for audio recording. Demanding that you used your own equipment and sound engineer.
But with some hard work and a few FOI's we discovered that a pilot study was made and an MP said it was peoples right to have WCA recorded. Well we found that statement and spread the word far and wide..
There has been a case where somebody recorded there own WCA but you have to supply a second copy and sign a non-disclosure form..
And if the HCP does not want to be recorded, you WCA is over and you my be sanctioned.
everything is geared to make you the claimant look wrong and the company right...it also gives ATOS HCP's more money extracted from the tax-payer....Not only are the sick and disabled being ripped of, so is the tax payer on scale never seen before.
The DWP are giving out contracts too third party's,feeding there chums companies large profits, for doing something thats failing.
And still the tax payer(workers) say nothing.....All they see in the papers is there tax money being clawed back, what they don't see is it being given too large company's that do nothing and are full of Camerons chums..It only takes a small amount of research on G4S,ATOS,Capita any of the workfare suppliers.

I don't know if you saw last week's Panorama programme about the firms who are supposed to be getting the long-term sick and disabled back to work, but it appears they don't give a monkey's as long as the taxpayer continues to contribute to their profits. That has to stop. No more privatisation and any contracts held by private companies to provide government services should be rescinded with immediate effect.
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

                      Re: Atos, warning.

well good news for me I have been awarded ESA without having to go for a medical, I have been placed in the support group because my illness or disability restricts the possibility of working and I do not have to take part in any work related activity. Infact my benefits have been increased by about 20% so it must have been down to the medical reports I sent them.

thanks enaid hope it is of use to somebody. I do firmly believe that the medical reports are the difference and one was prepared by a high standing professor in his field, it could be a route for other claimants to try.

It should certainly be something to do, if the report will be seen by one of the pimple-brained jerks who look at the application forms and associated medical reports. Most of those official idiots insist on making claimants worse by sending them to be "assessed" by the "specialists" (former osteopaths, retired midwives and foreign doctors) at Atos.
