We are at a crucial moment for social care. Tomorrow (Wednesday 9th May) is the Queen’s Speech when the Government will set out their legislative programme for the forthcoming session of Parliament.
We need you to tell the Prime Minister that, alongside funding reform, we want a new law on social care to be included in the Queen’s Speech. Otherwise, older and disabled people will have to wait another 18 months before legal change can be made.

Dear Sir,
With the upcoming Queens Opening Of Parliment, may I request that the care of the elderly and disabled in the UK be amongst the priorities of Parliment.
I was my late father's carer until his death, and helped in the care of my grandmother, and felt let down by the care they recieved.
Thousands of Carers are let down by the system every day, please help make this stop soon, rather than leave it another 18 months.
