  • Special Needs Customers and Phone faults

    Having had a little bit 'o' trouble over the weekend with this issue, it has come to my attention that most phone providers offer a priority service for special needs customers. Having had a read around I think the best advice I can give you on this is to ring your providers customer care dept and speak to them. I think you will have to register with them in some way, for example BT have a downloadable form.
