  • Guardianship & Charles Scwab

I & my husband are legal guardians of out adult disabled children. My husband is not in the area due to employment. Charles Schwab refuses to let me access the children’s accounts even though the guardianship doc clearly states Mrs A AND/OR Mr A are guardians and can work together or independently on behalf of adult child. They want my husband to fill papers out with personal info w/wet signatures. They refuse to understand that can act solely but they still want the father’s personal info and employment. This is holding back funds for medical care. Should I go after them?

This sounds like you may be in the USA and that it a US issue.

This is a UK website dealing with UK law and practice. So if yours is a US problem there will probably not be be anyone here who can help and I recommend you look for a US website for advice
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.
