  • First directions meeting family law

    Hi all

I've submitted a C100 to vary the CAO in place for a slight change of schedule for 50:50 and lives with.

I've my first directions meeting but cannot remember if I need lethal representative or this is merely an admin process initially (legal support later).

What is the best advice and are direct barristers any use?

    Cheers

    Buddy
