Im preparing a bundle for a final financial remedy hearing and not really sure about which documents to include. I read that a bundle must contain copies of only those documents which are relevant to the hearing and which are necessary for the court to read or which will actually be referred to during the hearing.. Does this mean that eg only updated documents that replace earlier ones need to be included, or should the older outdated documents be included in the bundle as well. Im thinking in particular of the ES1, ES2, Mortgage raising capacity certificates, property valuation etc
