    Hi all,
    I am currently going through financial remedy case and having answer wife’s questionnaire , she wants me to give her my sick notes , am I obliged to or not ?

    Are they relevant to any issues raised by either side? Have you asked the reasons for the request?

      Tbh I went back to work full time 3 months ago , so they are irrelevant and add no value to the case

        You have not answered the second question.

        If you are unwilling to explore the other party's reasons, it is open to you to refuse the disclosure and to defend that position if an application is made to the court for such documents. They will no doubt at that stage give the reasons, so why not ask now?
