In our court order.. it stated that the respondent say pay or cause to be paid to the applicant periodical payments of £ xxxpcm for the benefit of xxxx in advance by standing order until the first to occur in the following
1. xxxx attaining the age of 19 years
2 xxxx ceasing full time secondary education .
there is then a further clause pertaining to xxxxx university education.
Our son finished school on Friday and plans to go to university.. however his father is refusing to pay any maintenance. What constitutes’ceasing full time secondary education’ ? Is it correct that no maintenance is payable over the ‘summer break’ between school and university?
