  • Visitation - court ordered

Hi, my ex partner sees his child one weekend a month and has half term access. This is the case for October. I have asked him to combine the 2 so he has the Child for 10 days and will save on travel as he lives 3 hours from us. He is saying no to this. He has recently gone on the sick so is no longer paying maintenance. Am I being unreasonable asking for him to combine the two as I feel I am not going against the court order. Thanks for your responses in advance.

The exact wording of the order decides.
Try to talk this through with him. Be ready to compromise.
