  • Malicious allegations and Safeguarding concerns

Good evening. I am having a few issues with family court. I have had custody of my son for a number of years and things were going smoothly, until a number of malicious complaints where made against me. Long story short I was arrested twice, and despite not being charged, my son has been removed from my care after the SS advised my partner not return him to my care citing concerns for my mental health and safeguarding concerns for potential emotional harm. I have never, nor would I ever harm him. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks in advance.

It is impossible to give usefulb general advice. Try to make sure that you behave reasonably and calmly. People tend to judge you by what they actually meet.

Thanks for the reply. I am always calm and reasonable. An interim care order has been granted in my ex partners favor. I have proof she and her friends have been conspiring against me. Is this contempt of court?

Not until it takes place at court or breaches a court order.
