My ex wife and I divorced some twenty years ago.
I suffer with schizophrenia, depression and ptsd and have done so since I was eighteen. At the time of divorce we used the local councils mediation service. During this period I was particularly unwell and I felt I was taken advantage of by my ex wife and the two ladies from the meditation service.
The financial settlement saw my ex wife with a package worth well over £200,000 while I received £32,000 which was grossly unfair. Twenty years on could I challenge this.

    Hi SUBDUED

I think you would find it very difficult, simply because of the time that has elapsed.

It sounds like a consent order. The issue is whether you had capacity to make such a decision. It would be a high hurdle to jump after this length of time both to establish that you didn't have capacity and that te result was unfair.
What could a court do to re-instate a situation long passed?
      Sorry, but very unlikely.
