my 14 year old is in foster care and has been put with me as she did not want to go back over the weekend now they are asking for said child to go back whilst im being assesed to have her full time but is is refusing to go and putting me in a situation where i do not wish to make her do anything she does not want to do what are there rights as a child an where does this leave me

I am sure others will soon be responding to your questions, but I feel you should explain to the authority that your child feels very strongly against returning. It may be that something has occurred at the foster parents and it would be best to find out what the problem is.
