Background:
I am in a child custody battle with my ex wife. We'v managed to co-parent just fine for 6 years until I got married again last year. She is refusing to let me see the children. We are now well into the process, CAFCASS is involved, some hearings have taken place, interim arrangements agreed etc.
Question:
How can I ask the court to compel the mother to provide evidence for some of the claims she made in her statements. I am not talking about hard to proof claims. I am talking about basic facts.
For instance:
Proof of income. Mother claims she has a job. I doubt this.
Proof of tenancy agreement. Mother claims she is relocating to another city and has already a move in date. I doubt this as the rent is 1550pcm.
Proof of children's education. Mother claims children have private tutors 30 hours a week. This is very expensive.
I have asked the mother for this evidence but she simply ignores my request. I have also asked the CAFCASS officer to investigate this but she also ignored my request. So can I ask the court to request this on my behalf?
