Help please

I’m wanting to leave my husband as he’s a liar and a cheat, the trouble is I have 20k invested in the house, the house is also half his siblings so if he has to sell it to pay me he has to pay them leaving him with not a lot to get something else, I’m not that cruel sort of person so I’m wandering if there is another way to obtain or secure my money, he is in £15k debt so I don’t think he would be able to or want to get a loan, I hate being here but I feel it’s the only way to secure my money, thank you Debbie
