  • Need advice

My husband always compares me with his ex and argue with me. When he gets drunk, he hits and slaps me. This has happened not just one time, but many. One day everything went out of control, and for defence, I pushed him hard. His head hit on the wall, and a bit of blood was coming. I apologized and gave him first aid. My mother-in-law yelled at me, and I left there and went to my house. And the next day, my husband has filed a domestic assault case against me. It was me who should have done that first. But I was enduring all these. I am confident that I won't be punished in this case as our neighbors know our story. Anyway, I am considering approaching a lawyer. Is there any advice you would like to give me regarding this matter? If you have any experience, please share it here.

    Thank you

Hello - It looks like you are based in the USA and we are a UK based advice site. Please seek help from a lawyer and remove yourself from this abusive relationship for both of your sakes. Best of luck.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
